The Gift of Knowledge Board of Trustees directs, governs,
and oversees our charity. The Board are responsible for setting and reviewing
our strategic direction. They also ensure that our work complies with
regulations and remains consistently transparent and accountable.

Sheikh Fahimul Anam
Sheikh Fahim is the Co-Founder & the CEO of Gift of Knowledge. He is also the Co-Founder of Beacon Institute, and the Lead Mediator & Family Consultant at Muslim Family Matters.
Dr Zaza Johnson Elsheikh
Zaza is qualified as a medical doctor and as a solicitor (Hempsons), before leaving both professions to become a CEDR accredited civil/commercial mediator in 2006.
Sheikha Selina Begum Ali
She is the Co-Founder and the former Chair of Gift of Knowledge and the Co-Founder and a Principal Teacher of Beacon Institute, and the Head Teacher of Oak Education.
Sorwar Ahmed
Trustee of Gift of Knowledge. Sorwar is a local business man with a keen interest in property management. He also had been studying Quran and Islamic Studies at Beacon Institute for many years.
Monjur Miah
Monjur Miah is a Trustee of Gift of Knowledge. Monjur graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Physics and a Diploma in Computer Science. Currently, he is working full time in IT and a Father of 3 children.
Muhammad Monzurul Haque
Monzur graduated with a BSc from London. Currently, working for a local Council in IT Department. He has completed his Tajweed and Islamic studies at Beacon Institute.
Dr Hamida Begum
Dr Hamida is a Trustee of Gift of Knowledge. Hamida is also a GP in East London. Studying Arabic, Qur'an, Islamic studies. Also undertaking a P/T Alimiyah Diploma at Beacon Institute and a Trustee of Gift of Knowledge
